How do I send box to Taiwan/Hong Kong?
Once your box is packed and ready to be shipped by sea/air. Please select "Sending Box" to make the booking and we will collect your box on date of request . Once you have confirmed your booking you will receive a booking confirmation email and next instructions.
當您將所有物品打包完畢, 請至"Sending Box"頁面所有資料填好送出, 您會收到一封確認郵件, 我們會在您預訂時間到您住所處收取您的箱子
When should I send my box/item?
As soon as your box/item are labelled on the side of box/item and securely packed you can send to us. The latest time you should be sending your box/item to us is 3 working days before you leave the country.
What happens if I do not use all the empty boxes/What happens if I ordered too many boxes.
After you have made the "Sending Box" booking you can return any unused when our driver come to collect. If you fail to return any unused empty boxes there will be a GBP5 charge per empty box.

How do I send my own box/sized item?
Please go to "Sending Box" and fill out "Own Box" section and enter the dimensions in cm (Height x Width x Length) of your own box/item. Please note 30KG is the maximum weight in each box/item.
How long does it take for you to collect my box/ sized item?
If you order from "Sending Box" before 2pm each working day we can collect your box/item the next working day.
Can the driver collect box/item from my front door?
The driver will only collect your box from the very first door of your property. For example, if you live in a house with a main gate the driver will collect from the main gate. If you live in a building apartment the driver will collect from the first door of the building.
Can I cancel/ change my sending box order?
Yes, if you would like to cancel your "Sending Box" booking please contact us at least 48 hours in advance during working days to avoid GBP10 cancellation charge. If you want to change anything of your booking such as the number of boxes, delivery address, contact number, delivery date etc please still give us 48 hours in advance during working days.

Do I need to write Chinese or English on my box/item and documents.
On box/item please write in English for the "sender" section and in Chinese for the "receiver section"
For documents: Please try and use both English and Chinese on sender & receiver information, but for the description of your goods please use English.
箱子上面和文件上面的資料 是寫中文 還是英文?
箱子上面: 寄件者資料請一律用英文, 收件者資料請用中文
Do you have weekend Sending Box/Empty Box Delivery service?
Yes, we can do Saturdays but there will be additional costs. We cannot do Sundays though. Please contact us for Saturday service.
